Luma Living is a luxurious beachfront condominium resort located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit. Built by mexican constructor Fortezza, Luma consists of 5 Towers overlooking the Pacific Ocean and with direct access to the beach. Units from two to five bedrooms are available on sale on their website.

Architect and Interior designer

The architect firm behind Luma is RDLP Arquitectos from Monterrey while the interiors have been designed by Ernesto Vela, another big firm from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

Construction process

After successfully built and sold the first two towers, Luma iniciated in April 2018 the construction of three additional towers to complete the master plan. Following is a short film of how the construction happened.
