INDUSTRIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO IN MEXICO

What better way is there to teach potential customers the knowledge of an industry than through photography or video? If you are also interested in this topic to promote your company, we reveal below the various techniques we use to produce a good industrial photo.

THE RESOLUTION IN INDUSTRIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

The resolution theme will depend on the final support of the photographs. We will distinguish mainly three types of photography:

WEB PHOTO

For photos destined to the web, we will not need huge resolutions, to save their size as light as possible to facilitate a quick download of the website. That does not mean that we will subtract quality, but that the photographs will be sized to fit small devices.

PHOTOGRAPH FOR PRINTED ADVERTISING

For photographs intended for print advertising (such as magazines), printers will request photographs at 300dpi (dots per inch or dots per inch). That will drastically increase the resolution that a photograph should have to be printed in high quality on paper. Our cameras being 45MP, we can produce with a single photo, images suitable for printing up to 69cm by 45cm at 300dpi.

PHOTOGRAPH FOR MURALS

The third type of photograph is the type that requires more resolution and the most advanced techniques to produce. They are photos intended for very large prints (from one meter to several meters). Much appreciated for decorating murals in meeting rooms or reception, the murals have a beautiful finish to look in front of their customers. In this case, the need for the resolution is very large (depending on the printing size required), forces us to produce them with advanced composite photography techniques. Here are some examples of photographs printed in high resolution and extremely detailed at a dimension of 12 feet, intended for the National Museum of Energy and Technology (MUNET).

AERIAL DRONE PHOTOGRAPHS

For large industries, drone use can capture large areas or specific jobs. Purchase your service from our aerial photography page.

TIME-LAPSE

Another method of conveying industrial knowledge is through the time-lapse technique. This technique allows us to represent in short videos what can happen in time, days, or weeks in real life.
