Use good quality equipment

It goes without saying that first condition to take a good photography is to have a camera, and a rather good one. If you are an architect or a real estate agent, you may already have fullfilled this requirement. However, if a professional photographer charges good money for his work, it is because of the cost that represents the material. This is what you will need if you want to take THE picture:


A camera

While first reflex cameras cost around $600USD, a professional photographer uses one that costs between $2,000 and $6,000 USD. Some demanding photographer will even go further with brands like Hasselblad or Phase one
